Refund conditions:

     The main features of each Simpo.lt product sold are collectively referred to in the product description of each item. All goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions of which are set out in the description of such goods. Deliver products for warranty service at J. Jasinskio 16F, Vilnius (I-V 09: 00-18: 00), with the exception of which we will inform you about the sale of a particular item. Warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid only if the conditions of use of the item are in accordance with the instructions for use of the product.

     When delivering the goods to the warranty center, it is necessary to provide all the documents attached by the manufacturer to the goods, the purchase document (this invoice), which is also a guarantee voucher for the goods.

     It is desirable that the customer deliver the warranty service to the guarantee center in full package and in the original package. In any case, the item must be delivered in such a way that it can be switched on (the item and its power supply must be supplied).

     We note that:

  •          all expenses related to transportation of the goods to and from the Guarantee Center shall be borne by the Buyer;
  •          the terms of the warranty for repaired or replaced goods are valid for the remainder of the warranty period;

      In case if you have purchased one of these goods, you have noticed that it is defective, you have the right to return such product to us within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery to you. In this case, the product of inappropriate quality is replaced by a good quality free of charge or money returned to you.

      High-quality electronics goods can only be returned within the deadline set by law. In this case, the cost of returning the product is paid by you.

     The following conditions must be met when returning goods to the buyer:

  •     the returned goods must be in the original order packaging (this item does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
  •     the product must be in good condition with the Buyer;
  •     the product must not be used, it has not lost its appearance (undamaged labels, unbreakable protective films, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
  •     the returned goods must be the same equipment as the Buyer receives;
  •     When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit a document of its purchase, a guarantee voucher (if it was issued).

The Seller has the right not to accept Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the procedure for the return of goods specified in this Article.
